Chaim Borevitz, CBA, CEPA, MBAis the Managing Director of Abrams Valuation Group, Inc. and runs its East Coast Office in New York. Mr. Borevitz is a Certified Business Appraiser, a designation awarded by The Institute of Business Appraisers.  He began working for Abrams Valuation Group, Inc. in 1997 after receiving an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University. 

He has extensive experience in using Abrams' original theories and other complex techniques (including Black-Scholes Option Pricing, Linear and Non-Linear Multiple Regression Analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation). 

Mr. Borevitz has provided valuation services to clients representing a variety of organizations from small entrepreneurs and family limited partnerships to firms with market capitalization of $1 billion for numerous purposes, including the following:

Mr. Borevitz brings a diverse academic background to AVGI. He graduated from the Rabbinical College of America in 1989 and spent the next several years living in Israel, where he worked as a rabbi and as a partner in a trading company. He joined AVGI in 1997 after earning an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University.
