Some Formatting Problems

We ask for your patience with the appearance of two or three of the articles. Many of the core articles were written in 1993-1995 using old DOS word processors and spreadsheets. While the book was updated, we cannot publish the book on this website.

Most of the articles are very quantitative, with fairly complicated mathematics. We were able to update some of them without too much difficulty, but some of the articles would have taken considerable time to update from the old programs, and it was not worth the effort. If you want to see a clean hard copy of the original article, please send us a message using the Contact Form, and we will be happy to send you a copy.
