CHAIM BOREVITZ, MBA, VICE PRESIDENT
Chaim Borevitz, MBA, our senior economist, has been with AVGI since
1997. He is expert in providing
valuations of businesses for transactions, litigation, SEC filings, tax planning
and audit purposes. He has extensive experience in using Abrams' original
theories and other complex techniques (including Black-Scholes Option
Pricing, Linear and Non-Linear Multiple Regression Analysis, and Monte
Carlo simulation). His industry experience includes aerospace, biotech,
computer hardware, construction, e-commerce, financial services, light
manufacturing, sporting goods, telecommunications, retail, and
thoroughbred horse racing.
Mr. Borevitz brings a
diverse academic background to AVGI. He graduated from the Rabbinical
College of America in 1989 and spent the next several years living in
Israel, where he worked as a rabbi and as a partner in a trading company.
He joined AVGI in 1997 after earning an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship
from San Diego State University.
